1. About this website

This website is here to give you helpful information about our rooms, amenities and location near Shri Gajanan Maharaj Mandir. It is informational only. You cannot complete and confirm a booking instantly online. Every booking is confirmed directly with us over a phone call or on WhatsApp, so we can check the right room for your group and answer your questions personally.

2. Availability & booking

We do not publish fixed prices on this website. Rooms and availability vary with the season and demand around festival days, so the details that apply to your stay are the ones we confirm with you directly when you enquire. Simply call or message us with your dates and group size, and we will let you know what we can offer.

3. Bookings & cancellations

Bookings are made by calling or messaging us on WhatsApp. We will confirm your room and the details before you travel. Plans change, and we understand. Please ask us about the current cancellation and check-in policy at the time you book, and we will explain it clearly so there are no surprises.

4. Guest conduct & house rules

As required by Indian law, every guest must present a valid, original government-issued photo ID at check-in. We are a quiet, family-friendly premises and request that all guests respect other families and senior citizens staying with us. Check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need a little flexibility, please ask us in advance and we will do our best to help.

5. Limitation of liability

We are a small, family-run lodge and we take reasonable care to keep the premises clean, safe and well-maintained. However, we cannot be held responsible for your personal belongings, cash or valuables. Please keep your valuables with you, and ask the front desk if you would like help keeping them safe. Information on this website is offered in good faith and may be updated from time to time.
